Marriage counseling, family therapy and child psychotherapy.
Individual, couples and family therapy with licensed mental health providers, in a private room at our Centennial office.
Types of therapy
For one person, two, or the whole family.
We work with you to find the approach that fits your goals.
Individual therapy
One-on-one sessions for adults, teens and children. Look at what you're feeling and the patterns behind it, and learn practical tools for stress, mood and change.
Couples and marriage counseling
Work on communication and conflict, and understand each other better, or go through a separation with care.
Family therapy
The family meets together to talk more openly, get through a transition, or support someone who is struggling.
Child psychotherapy
Children often show pain through behavior. We help them build coping skills and put feelings into words. Parents get strategies to use at home.
